MapleDrop Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MapleDrop. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this application.

2. Description of Service

MapleDrop is an application developed by Hangzhou Shuling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"), providing cross-platform file transfer, synchronization, and related premium membership services.

3. Subscription Services

This application offers auto-renewable membership subscription services ("Subscriptions"). Once you confirm the subscription purchase, the payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

3.1 Auto-Renewal Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, based on the plan you selected.

3.2 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to "Settings" -> "Apple ID" -> "Subscriptions" on your iOS device after purchase. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.

3.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

4. Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of this application is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can view it at: Apple Standard EULA.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the application for any activities that violate laws and regulations, harm others' interests, or interfere with the service. You are solely responsible for all activities and content transmitted through your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The application and all its original content, code, icons, UI design, and other intellectual property are owned by Hangzhou Shuling Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use or modification is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this application.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information. The Privacy Policy can be found on our official website www.mapledrop.cn or within the application settings.

9. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modified terms will be posted within the application or on the official website. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
